Massongex<\/h3>\n

Dieser Ort wird als „Kinderstube“ bezeichnet, da hier alle unsere Jungfische geboren werden. Die Fischzucht wird mit Wasser aus einer Quelle mit frischem Wasser (5-10\u00b0C) von ausgezeichneter Qualit\u00e4t versorgt, das zwischen 50 und 70 Liter pro Sekunde flie\u00dft.<\/p>\n

Sie besteht aus ca. 30 Aufzuchtbecken und 4 Kan\u00e4len f\u00fcr die Vorvergr\u00f6\u00dferung. <\/p>\n

Nach dem Schl\u00fcpfen werden die Jungfische bis zum Salmlerstadium (ca. 50 Gramm), d. h. 8 bis 10 Monate, an diesem Standort aufgezogen, bevor sie in den Aufzuchtstandort Vionnaz gebracht werden.<\/p>\n

Vionnaz<\/h3>\n

Aufgrund des flachen Gel\u00e4ndes und des klaren Wassers ausgew\u00e4hlt, ist dies der Ort f\u00fcr die Vergr\u00f6\u00dferung. Alle unsere Fische stammen aus Massongex und werden von 50 Gramm bis 4 kg gez\u00fcchtet.<\/p>\n

Das Wasser stammt aus unserem See, der von einer Trinkwasserquelle mit einer Temperatur zwischen 5 und 10\u00b0C und einer Durchflussrate zwischen 180 und 300 Litern pro Sekunde gespeist wird.<\/p>\n

Die Anlage besteht aus 20 runden Becken und 4 Raceways mit einem Gesamtvolumen von \u00fcber 4.000 m3.<\/p>\n

Die durchschnittliche Besatzdichte liegt bei 30 kg\/m3 und die Aufzuchtdauer variiert zwischen 15 Monaten f\u00fcr Portionsforellen und 3 Jahren f\u00fcr Forellen mit einem Gewicht von 3-4 kg.<\/p>\n

2015 wurde die Fischzucht mit einer Wasseraufbereitungsanlage ausgestattet, um die vom Kanton vorgeschriebenen Einleitungsnormen f\u00fcr die Wasserqualit\u00e4t zu erf\u00fcllen.<\/p>\n

1968<\/h3>\n

Die Pisciculture de Vionnaz Hess SA entstand aus den H\u00e4nden der Familie Fritz Hess. Die erste Etappe wurde 1968 in Zusammenarbeit mit Herrn Hans Althaus, einem schwedischen Staatsb\u00fcrger mit Schweizer Wurzeln, gebaut, der die modernen Zuchtmethoden aus Nordeuropa mitbrachte.<\/p>\n

2000<\/h3>\n

In den letzten Jahren wurde der Betrieb st\u00e4ndig modernisiert und erweitert und ist mit einer Produktion von 250 Tonnen pro Jahr schnell zum Forellenz\u00fcchter Nr. 1 in der Schweiz geworden.<\/p>\n

2008<\/h3>\n

\u00dcbernahme des Unternehmens durch den Unternehmer Lucien Grob. Sp\u00e4ter wurde sie zur Pisciculture de Vionnaz SA.<\/p>\n
