Die Pisciculture de Vionnaz z\u00fcchtet Regenbogenforellen (Oncorhynchus mykiss), die sowohl f\u00fcr den Verkauf als auch f\u00fcr die Weiterverarbeitung bestimmt sind. Jedes Jahr produzieren wir an unseren drei Standorten \u2013 Vionnaz, Le Bouveret und Massongex \u2013 mehr als 400 Tonnen Fisch.<\/p>\n
Seit 2019 k\u00f6nnen unsere Produkte direkt in unserem Shop in Vionnaz erworben werden. Au\u00dferdem sind Online-Bestellungen \u00fcber die Website von Swissfish Gastronomy m\u00f6glich, einem Gemeinschaftsprojekt der Pisciculture de Vionnaz, Agitateurs de saveurs SA und Bernard Wolf SA.<\/p>\n
