Die Pisciculture de Vionnaz Hess SA wird von Fritz Hess und seiner Familie gegr\u00fcndet. Die ersten Anlagen entstehen im Jahr 1968 in Zusammenarbeit mit Hans Althaus, einem Schweden mit Schweizer Wurzeln, der moderne Zuchtmethoden aus Nordeuropa einf\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n

Massongex<\/h3>\n

Die Brut- und Setzlingsanlage in Massongex, die auch als \u00abKinderstube\u00bb bezeichnet wird, ist der Geburtsort aller unserer Jungfische. Sie wird von einer Quelle mit frischem Wasser von ausgezeichneter Qualit\u00e4t versorgt. Die Wassertemperatur betr\u00e4gt zwischen 5 und 10 \u00b0C, und die Durchflussrate bel\u00e4uft sich auf 50 bis 70 Liter pro Sekunde.<\/p>\n

Die Anlage verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber rund 30 Aufzuchttanks und 4 Kan\u00e4le f\u00fcr die fr\u00fche Entwicklungsphase. <\/p>\n

Nach dem Schl\u00fcpfen werden die Br\u00fctlinge dort w\u00e4hrend acht bis zehn Monaten bis zum Forellenstadium (ca. 50 Gramm) aufgezogen, bevor sie dann zum Wachstumsstandort in Vionnaz umgesetzt werden.<\/p>\n

Vionnaz<\/h3>\n

Der Standort Vionnaz bietet dank des flachen Gel\u00e4ndes und kristallklarem Wasser ideale Bedingungen, damit die Fische wachsen k\u00f6nnen. Alle unsere Forellen kommen aus der Anlage in Massongex. Bei ihrer Ankunft wiegen sie etwa 50 Gramm. In Vionnaz werden sie anschliessend aufgezogen, bis sie ein Gewicht von bis zu 4 Kilogramm erreichen. <\/p>\n

Das Wasser stammt aus unserem See, der von einer Trinkwasserquelle gespeist wird. Deren Temperatur bewegt sich zwischen 5 und 10 \u00b0C, und die Durchflussrate bel\u00e4uft sich auf 180 bis 300 Liter pro Sekunde.<\/p>\n

Am Standort Vionnaz gibt es \u00fcber 20 Rundbecken und 4 Durchflussanlagen, die ein Gesamtvolumen von mehr als 4000 Kubikmetern f\u00fcr die Fischaufzucht bieten. <\/p>\n

Die durchschnittliche Besatzdichte betr\u00e4gt 30 Kilogramm pro Kubikmeter, und die Aufzuchtzeit liegt zwischen 15 Monaten f\u00fcr Portionsforellen und 3 Jahren f\u00fcr Forellen mit einem Gewicht von 3 bis 4 Kilogramm.<\/p>\n

Im Jahr 2015 haben wird \u00fcberdies eine Wasseraufbereitungsanlage installiert, um sicherzustellen, dass die vom Kanton vorgeschriebenen Wasserqualit\u00e4tsnormen f\u00fcr die Einleitung erf\u00fcllt sind.<\/p>\n
